Cloak and Dagger in Westgate
Outside the western walls of the city is the bustling area known as Caravan Row. The stench of livestock is thick in the air and the clatter of horses hooves competes with the creak of wagon wheels to drown out the barking of caravan masters yelling out orders.
The watch doesnt patrol outside the walls so the merchants protect their own goods with an army of mercanaries and guards. Further west, beyond the rickety inns and taverns, is a field of tents. Row upon row of irregular pieces of canvas where the crowd of soldiers sleep while waiting for the caravan master to return.
